“Singing Bowl Meditations – Vol 1”. Sri Shanthi Bhavana has created a series of Tibetan Singing Bowl tracks that can be used as preparation for meditation, or to accompany meditation practice.

The deeply resonant sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls capture the vibratory frequencies that can assist in creating sympathetic ‘entraining’ with the brain, vital organs and the Chakra subtle anatomy. Simple, minimalist, authentic ritual bowl sounds for meditation practice.

Each individual track is designed as an aural exploration into Mind/Body connection, and an aid in developing and manifesting inner peace, tranquillity, spiritual connection and “oneness".

An energising and relaxing collection of rubbed and struck bowls in various tone centres corresponding with the major Chakra energy plexuses of the subtle anatomy, to help stimulate energy release and spiritual transformation.

“We are slowed-down sound and light waves, a walking bundle of frequencies tuned into the cosmos. We are souls dressed up in sacred biochemical garments and our bodies are the instruments through which our souls play their music” – Albert Einstein

"Everything in life is vibration. Health is the state of perfect oneness with the cosmic vibration. Illness is the result of dichotomy. When we are able to tune ourselves to the natural, universal vibrations, health occurs. We can think of health as a certain ‘state’ of cosmic vibration. When we are 'in tune' with that, and we are vibrating with it, we are truly happy and healthy”. – Yogacharya Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani

Use these Singing Bowl Meditations to gently prepare for deeper meditation practice.

A bowl hit occurs frequently (for many tracks this is every 30-seconds), as a mindfulness aid for the practitioner to help them to stay focused.

14 tracks make up the “Singing Bowl Meditations – Vol 1” collection – each track is 9-minutes in duration, and the total duration is 126-minutes.

"Bodhi-Cakra: Chakra Awakening" – Would you like to let go of stress... to reach a place of self-loving, self-care, and find inner peace? "Bodhi-Cakra: Chakra Awakening" has become very popular with people wanting these qualities in their life... down this album today!

"Bodhi-Cakra: Chakra Awakening" has been especially designed around traditional Indian Yogic and Ayurvedic healing principles that use specific musical keys, notes, and frequencies, as well as chanted mantras, to bring about chakra wellness (the practice of Nada Yoga Meditation). Mindfully hum, tone or chant to these resonating frequencies, for each of the 7 main Chakra regions: Chakra 1 – Root / Muladhara – Mantra: “LAM” Chakra 2 – Sacral / Swadhisthana – Mantra: “Vam” Chakra 3 – Solar Plexus / Manipura – Mantra: “RAM” Chakra 4 – Heart / Anahata – Mantra: “YAM” Chakra 5 – Throat / Vishuddha – Mantra: “HAM” Chakra 6 – Third Eye / Ajna – Mantra: “SHAM” Chakra 7 – Crown / Sahasrara – Mantra: “Om”

Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls have been carefully composed in the tone, pitch, and frequencies that resonate with each chakra. Other instruments used are sitar, and tingsha and karatalas devotional cymbals. The music is also useful for pranayama breathing practice, kundalini and other types of yoga, and various forms of body and mind focusing awareness meditation.

7 tracks, total duration: 70-minutes... designed for total immersion into relaxation and feeling comfortable and happy within yourself, by composer, Shantha Sri. Harmonium. Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Sitar, Electric Sitar, Keyboards, Synth, Voice Mantra Chanting... by Shantha Sri.

“Celestial Meditations” – Peter Morley (Sri Shanthi Bhavana) created the original “CELESTIAL” album – his very first CD album – in 2003.

Since then it has been a highly popular album for many people, globally – and a highly successful one, selling consistently over that time. “Celestial" was never intended as a “meditation” album, more a relaxation ‘concept’ album – an aural experience, a ‘cosmic voyage’ – offering (hopefully) a contemplation on our existence in the greater Cosmos.

In 2020, 17-years later, in re-visiting this first album, Shanthi created a companion album, “Celestial Meditations” (his 23rd album) that, as a music soundscape – with its roots grounded in the original sound design for “Celestial” cosmic voyage – has its intention firmly focused on deeper, meditative contemplation, and spiritual connection.

“Celestial Meditations” – Deep resonant sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Bells, Meditative Resonant Drones, Harmonium, Synth, Voice, Wind and Breath. As with a lot of Shanthi’s soundscapes that are intended for use as preparation for deep meditation, “Celestial Meditations” utilises resonant vibratory frequencies to create sympathetic ‘entraining’ with the brain, vital organs and the Chakra subtle anatomy.

“Celestial Meditations” is a companion to the original “Celestial” CD – complementary and, at the same time, a music and aural soundscape art piece that stands on its own. It is an aural exploration into the Mind, and an aid in manifesting tranquility and spiritual connection and “oneness".

5 tracks make up the “Celestial Meditations” collection – each track is 20-minutes, and the album is 100-mins in total duration.

Please Note: It is recommended that headphones or earbuds be used when listening to this album, in order to achieve the highest sound quality and enjoy the subtle tonal fidelity of the natural environment.

“May whatever merit flows from this creative work help to support the transition to Enlightenment for every sentient being”.

"Samma Vayama: Right Effort" Music for Mindful Contemplation. These three timed meditation sessions are especially designed for walking, sitting and meditation preparation. This album features the chanting of the Buddhist "Ti-sarana" mantra of Taking Refuge in the Triple Gem of the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha – along with soothing music of Harmonium and Tibetan Singing Bowls. A Sati (mindfulness) bell begins and finishes each session.

The mantra for Taking Refuge in the Triple Gem, "Ti-sarana", forms the basis of "Samma Vayama: Right Effort", and features the chanting of Shantha Sri.

The text of the chant is as follows: "Buddham saranam gacchami, Dhammam saranam gacchami, Sangham saranam gacchami". This is the ancient Pali language for the phrase for taking refuge: "I take refuge in the Buddha, I take refuge in the Dharma, I take refuge in the Sangha”.

The single voice chant is joined by the many voices of the Sangha, giving a feeling of refuge and security to the listener. The listener may chant along with the Sangha if they choose, or simply meditate quietly as they are embraced by the reassuring voices.

The soothing vibrations created by the Tibetan singing bowls help to purify negative influences, increase positive energy and restore harmony and balance. The pure sound resonating from the singing bowls is very powerful in centring the mind and body.

"Samma Vayama" is ideal as a meditation timer – each track contains a Sati (Mindfulness) bell at the beginning and the end. Especially designed for deep devotional immersion meditation, (walking as well as sitting practice) and meditation preparation, it is also useful for yoga, or just as calming background music in restful environments, such as spas, or at home. This track is designed in three version-lengths for individual meditation requirements: 10-minutes, 20-minutes and 30-minutes… or you can play the whole 60-minutes of calming music rhythms.

A Sati (Mindfulness) bell begins and finishes each section.

Harmonium, Keyboards, Synthesizer, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Karatalas Cymbals Uses Chakra #5 in G (Swara Key Pa) (Throat Chakra) as base drone + struck singing bowl (every minute)

These three timed meditation sessions, especially designed for walking, sitting and meditation preparation, feature the soothing music of sweetly-voiced bells in a simple, cycling melody that helps the listener focus their attention. A sati (mindfulness) bell begins and finishes each session.

A Tibetan singing bowl struck every minute helps the listener to retain concentration. The soothing vibrations created by the singing bowls help to purify negative influences, increase positive energy and restore harmony and balance. The pure resonating sound is very powerful in centring the mind and body.

A harmonium is used to create a continual tone to promote peace and tranquillity. Both the harmonium and singing bowl are in the Indian music key (swara) of Pa. This frequency resonates with our Vishuddha – our throat chakra – helping to focus our energy on the intention of Right Speech.

Samma Vaca is ideal as a meditation timer – each track contains a sati (mindfulness) bell at the beginning and the end. Especially designed for deep devotional immersion meditation, (walking as well as sitting practice) and meditation preparation, it is also useful for yoga, or just as calming background music in restful environments, such as spas, or at home. Samma Sankappa is the third in the "Samma" series of Music for Meditation by Energi (Now "Zen Music").

Timed meditation sessions feature The Heart Sutra Mantra beautifully chanted in Sanskrit by ordained Buddhist Ngakpa, accompanied by traditional Tibetan prayer bells, karatalas cymbals, and gongs. A Sati (mindfulness) bell begins and finishes each session.

This especially-designed music aids concentration by creating a calm environment, free from distractions and outside influences. It has been designed to be of special assistance to those who may experience drowsiness during their meditation practice.

"Samma Sankappa" takes its name from the ancient Pali language, and translates as "Right Intention" or "Right Resolve" – one of the principle steps of The Noble Eightfold Path, from the “Magga-vibhanga Sutta" teachings taught by Buddha Sakyamuni – and of great importance to Buddhist practitioners.

The chant, or mantra, is the "Prajñaparamita" mantra – the mantra of the perfection of wisdom. It can be found in The Heart Sutra, which is a teaching on the nature of reality from the Buddha. It is basically an emptiness teaching and the mantra is the essence or pith of the wisdom that understands reality and liberates beings.

The mantra is written: "Ta Ya Ta – Om Gate Gate, Paragate, Parasamgate, Bodhi Svaha"

Translated from the Sanskrit it means: "Gone, gone, Gone beyond... Gone completely beyond... Enlightenment!"

These three timed meditation sessions are especially designed for walking, sitting and meditation preparation. Inspired by one of Buddhism’s most important lessons, the Noble Eightfold Path, "Samma Samadhi" promotes Right Concentration in meditation practice.

"Samma Samadhi" is especially designed for walking meditation, as well as sitting practice and meditation preparation.

This restful, non-intrusive music features traditional Eastern instruments: Tibetan Prayer Bells, and Indian Flutes, Karatalas Cymbals and Gongs. The music aids concentration by creating a calm environment, free from distractions and outside influences. The music is also ideal for any healing practices, such as energy balancing, body work, massage, or as a background for guided imagery practices.

"Samma Samadhi" takes its name from the ancient Pali language, and literally means Right Concentration – which is one of the principle steps of The Eightfold Path, and possibly the most important of the Suttas taught by Buddha Sakyamuni – and of great importance to Buddhist practitioners.

"Samma Samadhi" is relaxation music and is ideal as a meditation timer – each track contains a Sati (Mindfulness) bell at the beginning and the end. Whilst especially designed for walking meditation, the album is also ideal for sitting practice, meditation preparation, yoga or just as calming background music in restful environments, such as spas, or at home. While the album is designed in three version-lengths you can play the whole 60-minutes of calming music rhythms.

About "View from a Mountain" On a pilgrimage journey to McLeod Ganj in the lower Himalayan Mountains, India, the composer fell in love with the surrounding environment. The region is home to exiled spiritual and temporal leader of the Tibetan people, and highly regarded Buddhist teacher and leader, His Holiness, Tenzin Gyatso, the Fourteenth Dalai Lama.

Incredible mountain vistas, clean air, surreal silence and remote villages nestled in this highly elevated ‘Nirvana’, inspired this piece – the breathy texture of the music exemplifying the rarefied atmosphere and breath-taking views. A hawk soars overhead, a wisp of cloud brushes the tip of jagged rock on high, unmelted permanent snow glistens in the bright sunlight, and the sky clear and vibrantly blue. A woman goat herder guides her herd safely along a steep and treacherously narrow path through the mountains, connecting an ancient and traditionally nomadic past with her everyday village life.

Take a breath and you feel like you could live forever in this territory.

Airy, nether-world sounding, cycling pads provide the basis of this track, with breathy Indian Flutes and Buddhist Gongs helping to set the scene for this serenely beautiful paradise.

A Sati (Mindfulness) bell begins and concludes each section.
