Soft watery sounds found in the natural seaside environment, or a mountain waterfall – blended with Piano, Keyboards, Electric Guitar, Electric Bass Guitar, Synth, Sound FX and Atmospheres – and the soothing tones of Singing Bowls, provide the sound-palette for this aural journey into relaxation.

“Behind the Waterfall” takes the listener on an imaginary journey behind a mountain waterfall and into the centre of a peaceful cave. It is a sound-meditation (Nada) track, designed to produce deep inner concentration and relaxation.

“Sleep Well Now” is a beautiful tranquil track of simple, mesmeric cycling piano notes, created to produce inner peace, taking the listener deeper and deeper in to a state of relaxation with every breath.

“Parakeet Bay” is a mesmeric soundscape – an exploration into meditation music cycles and yogic mantra-like rhythms. Soft watery sound effects – a seaside harmony of water, wind and seabirds, subtly blended with resonating glass tones, Jamaican drum sounds, and an undercurrent of watery bass notes, with simple cycling melodies to gradually seduce the listener into relaxation, then a state of safe, deep trance and restful sleep, to create a soundscape of this idyllic seascape retreat.
